1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic shipments. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Disclaimers & Limitations

Shipping conditions, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. TACAY is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties, force majeure events, or incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tacay.us is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Missing Packages

Tacay.us is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the item, please check with your local USPS office. TACAY is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.

7. Regulatory Compliance (FTC 30-Day Rule)

In accordance with US federal law, if we cannot ship your order within the 1-2 business day processing window, we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipping date, and offer the option to either consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.
