About Cacay and the Ingredient

Cacay (Caryodendron orinocense) is a tree native to the Amazon and Orinoquía regions of Colombia. Its nut yields a vegetable oil used as a cosmetic ingredient for skin and hair care.

Cacay Oil is obtained through cold-pressing of the Cacay nut. This is a mechanical process used to produce vegetable oils intended for cosmetic use.
